'I Shall Be Released' - Tribute to Troy Davis

I have been really moved, and gutted, as so many of us have been, about the blatant wrongful execution of Troy Davis, in the US this morning. The news of his death made me think of this song, a song I love so much, and feels very fitting for this time. This goes out to Troy Davis and his family, and all the other Troy Davis's that have gone before. Big up Amnesty International for everything they did. Grateful to have organisations like them in this world. X

I cover Ane Brun's 'One More Time' for The Voice Project

I was recently asked to contribute to The Voice Project; which was set up in an effort to amplify the voices of Women's groups in Uganda who have been using songs passed by word of mouth to call child soldiers and abductees back home in Africa's longest running war.
